Two lodges. Two coastlines. One community built for those who refuse to choose between work and wilderness.
A new kind of belonging
Not a hotel. Not a co-working space. Something rarer: a life worth living, shared with people worth knowing, inside landscapes that make everything feel possible.
Tucked into the Voss valley — a place synonymous with skydiving, kayaking, and extreme winter sports — our first lodge opened as a quiet counterpoint to all that energy. Warm timber, cold rivers, and the kind of silence that makes ideas come fast.
A dozen private rooms, a shared kitchen that never really sleeps, and a sauna that earns its place after every long day out. This is where Nordhavn began.
Explore the lodge
Built inside a cluster of restored fishing cabins at the water's edge, Lofoten is our wilder address. Mountains rise directly from the sea. The light, in the right season, never quite leaves the sky.
Surfing, climbing, fishing, deep work — Lofoten holds contradictions effortlessly. Come for a week. Stay for a life.

Gatherings & Retreats
From solstice dinners and filmmaker residencies to freeride weekends and winter mountaineering — our calendar is written by the people who live here.
View the calendarSurf. Ski. Climb. Bike. Sail. Float. Work. Rest. Repeat. The only agenda is the one you write yourself.
The best teams don't get closer in meeting rooms. They get closer in the mountains. Nordhavn runs bespoke group stays for teams who want to do real work — and come back changed by the experience.
We don't advertise availability. We release a small number of spots each season to people who belong here. Leave your email and we'll be in touch when the next window opens.
No spam. No noise. Just an invitation when the time comes.
What we believe
